Tenant Screening Services now offers what you've been asking for – a collection and credit bureau turn-in service. We offer three levels of service. You may choose to report deadbeat tenants to the credit bureau for inclusion on renter credit report records (any future tenant credit check/landlord credit check inquiries will reflect this status), or you can call on the services of our nationwide collection agency. If you choose the latter option, our professional collection agency will actively try and collect monies owed you by deadbeat residents. A very aggressive campaign of letters and phone calls is employed.

We strive to bring our customers the best in professional collection agency service. We actively work to collect monies owed you by deadbeat tenants. This involves a very aggressive procedure of letters, phone calls, wage garnishments, and asset confiscation. We do not charge any upfront fees when we first take action to collect your money; we only get paid if we are successful. We share half of what we collect on your behalf (50/50).
